Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy

Several of our physiotherapists are Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).  This means that they have undergone extensive post-graduate course work, mentorship, as well as completed written, case history and practical exams in order to gain this internationally recognized certification. CAMPT-qualified physiotherapists are devoted to understanding how and why movement improves function.  We seek to maximize our effectiveness by pursuing advanced clinical expertise and specialized training in manual therapies.

For more information on Manipulative Physiotherapy visit the CAMPT website or watch the video below.

Massage Therapy

Our massage therapy services are focused on helping you reduce pain, restore movement, and support your recovery. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or dealing with everyday muscle tension and stress, our treatments are tailored to your individual goals and needs.

Our Registered Massage Therapist provides evidence-informed therapeutic massage using a variety of hands-on techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote healing.

Treatments may include therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, Gua Sha, and the use of specialized massage therapy tools to address muscle and fascial restrictions.

Massage therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Sports and overuse injuries
  • Motor vehicle accident injuries
  • Whiplash-associated disorders
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Arthritis
  • Chronic pain conditions
  • Headaches and muscle tension
  • Recovery from repetitive strain injuries

We believe that successful treatment goes beyond hands-on care. Education, individualized treatment planning, and collaboration are key components of our approach. Our goal is to help you understand your condition, reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities that matter most to you.

Massage therapy is an excellent complement to physiotherapy and can be integrated into a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to optimize recovery and long-term health.
